This is the second time I'm staying in this hotel. The room was wonderful, very big and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel location is great, 2 minutes walk from plaza San Francisco, 3 minutes walk from plaza Murillo. They also gave me the room at 8am, which was very important after a long flight. They open the breakfast buffer very early in the morning (4am), which is very important for guests who have to go on a trip or have to catch an early flight.

Hotel location is great, 2 minutes walk from plaza San Francisco, 3 minutes walk from plaza Murillo. They also gave me the room at 8am, which was very important after a long flight. Great location, clean & comfy room, very comfortable beds! I was in the upper room and the view of La Paz was great! Good kitchen staff! Very good room cleaning crews! Thank you to Rosario for her help for calling La Paz Golf Course and coordinating, arranging for my tour guide - she was very helpful. But I also like to say thank you to two front desk staff members (ladies work in morning shift) who were also very helpful!

The staff were super friendly.I want to mention Rosario and Vanessa at reception and Jeremy,Santos,Jorje,Erickson and Juan-both of them-in the dining room.Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean,comfortable and serviced daily....Sleep quality was perfect.
